Dr. Sam is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (RE/I).
He has done his graduation from University of California San Diego, in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, USC School of Medicine, Dr. Sam completed his residency in Ob/Gyn at USC. He then completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (RE/I) at USC.
Dr Sam is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American Society of Reproductive Surgeons (ASRS), and a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI).
Dr. Sam has conducted and has been involved with several studies, including research for FDA approval of fertility drugs, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and regularly participates in clinical IVF trials. He is the recipient of the Ortho Pharmaceutical Uwe Goebelsmann, M.D., memorial research award and scholarship. Dr. Sam Najmabadi has published and presented at scientific conventions and speaks regularly to professional medical gatherings and patient groups.
